Raise the pH level in your spa / hot tub water

Spa Choice pH Increaser is a granular product that will increase the pH level in your spa or hot tub.  A low pH level can corrode metals and cause damage to your spa equipment.

Spa Choice pH Increaser Directions for Use

Spa Choice pH Increaser is used to raise the pH in spa water.  The water in the spa should be maintained at a pH of 7.2-7.8 and total alkalinity should be maintained at a level of 80-140 ppm.  Test spa water frequently with a suitable test kit to ensure proper pH is maintained.  Spa Choice pH Increaser is compatible with all sanitizers including bromine, chlorine, and biguanide. 

Spa Choice pH Increaser should be used if pH is below 7.2. 

1. Turn on air blower, jets, or spa / hot tub filter system. 

2. Premix one ounce of Spa Choice pH Increaser with water in a plastic pail and add diluted product to spa. 

3. Retest water after 30 minutes. 

4. Follow steps 1-3 until the pH and total alkalinity  are in the range of 7.2-7.8 and 80-140 ppm respectively. 

Note: Always wait 30 minutes between doses and test spa water before each addition of Spa Choice pH Increaser.
