Spa Choice Increase pH is used to raise the pH in hot tub and spa water. The water in your spa should be maintained at a pH of 7.2-7.8 ppm (parts per million) and the total alkalinity should be maintained at a level of 80-140 ppm. Test spa water frequently with a suitable spa water test kit to ensure proper pH is maintained. Spa Choice Increase pH is compatible with all sanitizers including bromine, chlorine and biguanide.
Spa Choice Increase pH Directions for Use
Spa Choice Increase pH should be used if pH is below 7.2.
Turn on air blower, jets, or filter system.
Add one ounce of Spa Choice Increase pH for every 100 gallons of spa water.
Retest spa water after 30 minutes.
Follow steps 1-3 until the pH and total alkalinity are in the range of 7.2-7.8 and 80-140 ppm respectively.
Note: Always wait 30 minutes between doses and test water before each addition of Spa Choice Increase pH.
