PoolGear Plus On-Line Order Tracking
Shipping Updates: FEDex order tracking is updated at 6:00 AM and 8 PM every week day for your convenience.
Orders are not shipped on weekends, therefore tracking on orders placed after Friday 4PM
through Sunday will not show shipping information until Monday after 8:00 PM.
Tracking Internet Orders: To track an order placed on the PoolGear Plus Website, you will require the E-mail address supplied at the time of order, and the Order Confirmation Number ( example: 17945 ) from your confirmation Email. "CLICK HERE" and follow the instructions.
Tracking Phone Orders: If you called your order into our Customer Service department, you will require the Purchase Order Number to check FEDex shipping through our Online Tracking. If you did not supply an Email address at the time of the order, you will not be able to use this system. Please call 888-718-7946 between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM EST and ask a PoolGear Plus Customer Service Representative for manual assistance. |
