Oversized Delivery Items
Please note that some items on our Web site are marked as Oversized Delivery. These items are not shipped via UPS like the majority of our products, but through a freight carrier because the items are either too big or weigh too much to be shipped through UPS. Delivery for items shipped freight is typically longer than our standard UPS shipping time ranging anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks. The Freight Company will notify you of delivery 1-2 days before the delivery date. Freight companies deliver Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. There must be someone home to accept and sign for the delivery (freight companies will not drop off items without your help and signature). On the day of delivery you will need to have two able bodied individuals to help unload your order. It is your responsibility to get your order off the truck, up the driveway and to your pool. The trucks do not come with lift gates, but you may arrange to have a truck with a lift gate deliver your order at your own expense (usually an extra $85). Please be sure to inspect and count all boxes. If anything is damaged or missing make a note of it on your bill of lading.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from PoolGear Plus, so we offer you a no risk, 30 day guarantee on merchandise (excludes custom orders, chemicals, replacement parts, opened liners, covers and blankets unless damaged). All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of product. To return products, call our customer service department at 888-718-SWIM to get a return authorization number. Then securely pack your items in its original packaging and send via prepaid insured UPS to PoolGear Plus, 14550 62nd Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33760. Charges for shipping returned products back to us are the customer's responsibility. UPS or Common Carrier shipments refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer's credit card upon return to PoolGear Plus. Orders returned without RA #'s will result in your credit being delayed or denied. Sorry, we can not refund handling fees.
Cancellations and Refused Orders
PoolGear Plus understands that you may change your mind about an order once it's been placed. You may cancel an order, right up until the order has shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you may return it, at your expense via the method it was sent, following the directions in the "Returns" section for a full credit (minus the handling charge and not applicable to custom orders). Any order, once shipped, where the customer refuses delivery through the carrier (i.e. UPS or Common Carrier Refusal) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
