PoolGear Plus is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all items in 45 contiguous states. We do not ship to California, Washington, Florida and certain cities in southern Alabama and southern Georgia. Handling charges for orders are $8.99. We do not ship outside the USA contiguous states.

Same Day Shipping

Payment Options

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and money orders. For credit card orders, your billing address must match your credit card statement address and the physical ship to address must be on file with the credit card company for us to process the transaction. Please supply your driver's license number on your personal check for same day processing of the order.

Oversized Delivery Items

Please note that some items on our Web site are marked as Special Delivery. These items are not shipped via FedEx like the majority of our products, but through a freight carrier because the items are either too big or weigh too much to be shipped through FedEx. Delivery for items shipped freight is typically longer than our standard FedEx shipping time, typically ranging anywhere between 5 to 10 days.

The local freight terminal in your area will contact you via telephone within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at their dock in order to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight companies deliver Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. A delivery appointment window (9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm) on a set date will be provided to you. There must be someone home to accept and sign for the delivery (freight companies will not drop off items without your help and signature).

The carrier is equipped with a liftgate in order to bring your shipment to ground level. It is your responsibility to move your shipment from the drop-off point to your designated area. Please be sure to inspect and count all boxes. If anything is damaged or missing, make a note of it on your bill of lading.

If for any reason you are not available to accept the delivery via your scheduled appointment timeframe, the carrier will leave a missed-appointment tag on the delivery residence's front door or other designated area. You must contact the carrier to re-schedule the delivery.

Please note that a minimum re-delivery fee of $79.00 will apply if the assigned delivery appointment is missed without prior notice to the carrier. The fee can be higher due to the fact that the the truck is enhanced with a liftgate, which is considered specialty equipment. Any imposed fees will be at the customer's expense.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from PoolGear Plus, so we offer you a 30 day guarantee on merchandise (excludes custom orders, chemicals, replacement parts, pool cleaners, opened liners, opened covers and opened blankets unless damaged).  All damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of product. To return any product(s), it must be in the original condition and packaging. Used items cannot be returned. To return product(s), call our customer service department at 888-718-SWIM to get a return authorization (RA) number and ship-to information. Then securely pack your product(s) in the original packaging and send via prepaid insured FedEx to the address provided to you by our customer service department. Charges for shipping returned products back are the customer's responsibility. All returned products and FedEx or Common Carrier shipments refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer's credit card upon return to PoolGear Plus. Orders returned without RA numbers will result in your credit being delayed or denied. Sorry, we cannot refund handling fees.

Note: All returns for Texas Recreation merchandise (including but not limited to pool floats, lounges and recliners) must be accompanied by  "Factory Return Authorization" number.  No Texas Recreation merchandise will be accepted for credit  without prior authorization from Texas Recreation.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns of Texas Recreation merchandise. 

Cancellations and Refused Orders

PoolGear Plus understands that you may change your mind about an order once it's been placed. You may cancel an order right up until the order has shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you may return it, at your expense via the method it was sent, following the directions in the "Returns" section for a full credit (minus the handling charge and not applicable to custom orders). Any order, once shipped, where the customer refuses delivery through the carrier (i.e. FedEx or Common Carrier Refusal) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
