What is the handling fee for my order?

PoolGear Plus charges a small handling fee of $8.99 per order. You save more when you buy more!

What forms of payment does PoolGear Plus accept?

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money orders and personal checks. Writing your driver’s license number on your personal check allows same-day processing of your order.  

When I order pool supplies online from PoolGear Plus, is my credit card information secure?

Why are the prices on pool chemicals so low at PoolGear Plus?

At PoolGear Plus, we manufacture our own brands of pool chemicals.  By cutting out the middleman, we cut costs, and we pass the savings on to you! 

Are you offering any rebates on pool equipment?

PoolGear Plus wants to help you save money on pool equipment, so we occasionally offer rebates on select items. In addition, whenever a manufacturer notifies PoolGear Plus of a rebate they’re offering, we add that information to the product description for the item. While the rebate itself isn’t issued through PoolGear Plus, we gladly provide information on how to contact the manufacturer so you can get your rebate.  Visit our Rebate Center for more information. 

Does PoolGear Plus sell used or refurbished pool equipment?

Absolutely not. Every piece of swimming pool equipment PoolGear Plus offers is completely new, direct from the manufacturer, and shipped in its original packaging. 

When will you ship my PoolGear Plus order?

PoolGear Plus is pleased to offer same-day shipping for most orders taken by 2pm Eastern time. Some pool supplies may require extra shipping time during peak swimming pool season. A PoolGear Plus customer service representative will be happy to speak to you about product availability – just call 1-888-718-7946.  

Will I be able to track my order from PoolGear Plus?

If you provide your email address when you set up your account, you will receive two emails from PoolGear Plus about your order after you check out. The first will be a confirmation of the order you placed; the second will be a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. The tracking code allows you to follow the progress of your order as it moves through the shipping cycle. 

Will you sell my email address to a mailing list?

At PoolGear Plus, we value your privacy and will not sell, rent, or trade your email address to any organization for any reason. Learn more about our privacy policy.

How long will it take to receive the pool equipment and supplies I ordered?

Shipping for in-stock items typically takes from two to seven working days. Estimated delivery time on Oversized Delivery items is from one to three weeks. For information on specific orders, use the tracking information provided by PoolGear Plus when your order ships, or call 888-718-7946 to speak to a customer service representative.   

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to provide you with 100% satisfaction with your purchase from PoolGear Plus. We offer a generous 30-day guarantee on our merchandise (excluding custom orders, pool chemicals, replacement parts, automatic pool cleaners, and opened pool liners, covers, and blankets unless damaged). All damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of product. Used items may not be returned. Returned products must be in the original condition and packaging. 

To return an item, call our customer service department at 888-718-SWIM for a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship-to information. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship via prepaid, insured FedEx to the address provided by the customer service representative. Shipping charges for return products are the responsibility of the customer. Returns made without RA numbers may be delayed or denied. Unfortunately, we cannot refund handing fees. 

Note: Returns for Texas Recreation brand merchandise must be pre-authorized by Texas Recreation and be accompanied by a Factory Return Authorization number. PoolGear Plus cannot accept Texas Recreation merchandise for credit without prior authorization from Texas Recreation. A 15% restock fee will be charged for all Texas Recreation brand merchandise returns.   

Can I refuse delivery on pool supplies and equipment I don’t want?

PoolGear Plus understands that you may change your mind about an order after placing it. You may cancel an order up until the order has shipped. Any order, once shipped, where the customer refuses delivery through the carrier (FedEx or common carrier) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Once the order has been shipped, you may follow the above directions for returning an item.
